This notice describes information about platform visitors, business inquiries and participants in the Next Auto Systems SMS program.
Information you provide and how we use it
The form requests your name, email, role and inquiry so we can respond and help with the service. A phone number is required only if you choose SMS. You do not need to accept marketing messages to receive support or purchase.
We record the date, source page, language, consent version and text, and technical request information, including an identifier derived from the IP address and browser information, to document your choice and prevent abuse. Landing demonstrations use examples and do not send messages or create campaigns.
Mobile information and consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any such sharing. Technical providers may process information only to deliver the services we request, such as hosting, support or message delivery.
Business programs and Marketplace
Contacting Next Auto Systems does not authorize a dealership, salesperson or broker to send you SMS. Each business has its own identity and consent. If you use the Marketplace to request seller contact, that flow has a separate notice and choice; platform SMS consent does not transfer with a lead.

You can unsubscribe from SMS with STOP and request access, correction or deletion through the contact on this page. We retain information needed to handle inquiries, maintain accounts, respect opt-outs, document consent and meet applicable obligations. Deletion may retain limited records needed for those purposes.
Security and changes
We restrict inquiry access to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage guarantees absolute security. Changes to this notice will be published here with the corresponding version.
